From my own personal experience and from other victims experiences with this Covert Narcissist. Once you have exposed this narcissist on his narcissistic abuse and his behavior,  you firstly need to implement the ‘No Contact’ rule, block him and his phone number/s from everything, delete, rename, hide or change your privacy settings on your social media accounts and take back control of your life as this person will cause so much havoc, with smear campaigns, the stalking, his flying monkeys and their stalking, all the bullshit lies and excuses, the police, they will contact your family and friends, and the list goes on.

This behavior never ends…
